The Sea & Sea MDX housings for Sony cameras offer amazing value without sacrificing features. The MDX-A7RV U Housing comes with a pre-installed vacuum leak check system and a flash trigger (manual or YS-TTL)
The MDX-U series housings feature a "universal" design that ensures compatibility with future camera models with minimal component replacement. For example, the MDX-A7RV U housing can be used with the Sony A1 camera with an internal upgrade kit.
The Pre-Dive Leak Alarm Unit is now included as standard equipment. This simple-to-use system comes with a pump and a CR2032 lithium battery.
A newly designed fibre-optic cable cover is included as standard. It prevents optical cable terminals from falling out and smartly protects light-emitting panels and cable terminals. Includes a strap to prevent the cover from being lost.
The MDX housings ship with either a manual flash trigger or a Sea & Sea YS strobe-compatible TTL trigger (the TTL trigger also has a manual mode for non-Sea & Sea strobes). Please choose the desired trigger when ordering.
